Our Christmas Tree

Yes, tree #1. I decided to do a gingerbread man tree this year. I made real gingerbread men, felt men and scrapbook paper men. I found cool courderoy (sp) ribbon and I even strung cranberries. I was proud of the results. Then...Isaac and Will pulled it down TWICE!!! yes, TWICE!!! and the second time the the stand was ruined and could no longer stand on its own. It lais agianst the walls for a few days until I found a solution...Our friends gave us a new tree. Thankfully this one has a more sturdy frame...and we gave it extra reinforcement...

It is basically the same...it just has no cranberries...I think they really added something...

Yes, it is Hooked to the ceiling...but Its been up for a few days and hasn't fallen yet...YEAH!!!!

I love your Christmas tree! It turned out soo Good! I love all the gingerbread, but I LOVE The cranberries even more! I might totally do that next year!
The reinforcement has me laughing! and yet creative.
If you could buy the fake cranberry garland...even better! Not so messy...And Isaac kept eating them!
