The "Perfect" Wife

So...Dad came home the other day and had bought the Commmunist Manifesto. He thought it would be a great addition to our growing library.
Anyways...The point of this post is to talk about ME!! ;)
This last summer, I was talking a history course and I had to read a bunch of stuff for the class. Well, one of the assigned readings was the Communist Manifesto...not the whole, but a large section. Well, the particular day I was reading this, I was also doing housework...And I desperately wanted someone to call me and ask me what I was doing, so I could say, "OH, I AM JUST IRONING AND READING THE COMMUNIST MANIFESTO!!"
I just thought that would have been really cool...Because I was...ironing and reading the communist mainfesto!
Am I cool or what! I am such an amazing proletariat wife!

okay, so you already know - I don't read a lot. not because I don't want to, I just don't have the time and honestly, there is no way I would ever iron AND read a book - too scary. :)
Then I kept reading your post cause it made me feel smart for understanding ( a little) then you got to the word proletariat and I totally had to look it up and see what it meant. I hope I am not the only one, but I just don't go around using that word everyday - however, It totally applies to me and I didn't know it until now!
Thanks for increasing my vocabulary today and for making me one word smarter!!
This is a funny post!!
what more could a man ask for?
That's awesome. Hey a few other book suggestions for you. Try "Liberal Fascism" perhaps while vacuuming and "How to Break a Terrorist" maybe while baking cookies.
Ironing with the communist manifesto... love it. I have a sweet spot for the communist manifesto cuz in high school we had to read it and do a project about it... my group made up a song and an interpretive dance about it... piqued your interest? ;)
Ok, first, you iron? I don't even think we own an iron!!! That is awesome!
Communist Manifesto, interesting read.
And I want to see Natalie's interpretive dance for sure!!!
