Welcome to Iowa
We are officially here!!! Funny story, we wanted to take a picture as we came into Iowa, but were unable to because we were passing over the Missouri River (border of Nebraska to Iowa). So, we thought we would just take one on the other side of the state because we live on the other side of the state...yet again a river got in the way, this time the Mississippi. The welcome to Iowa sign is yet again in the middle of the bridge. So, we actually went down to Nauvoo last week and eventhough the state line in in the middle of the Mississippi, the sign was on the side of the road. So, after a long wait, a trip across Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Nebraska, and Iowa, WE ARE HERE!! and of course happy.
